  Jessica called me to give them permission for an unrelated item. She was totally awesome. She ended up helping me with many questions that I had. The information that she gave was very valuable to me. She has a sweet, knowledgeable demeanour. She took a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the answers to all the questions I asked but Never made me feel like I was being a bother. The girl is, as I stated before … AWESOME!

  I got a new vehicle and Missy let me know everything I needed. She walked me thru my current coverage, asked if I wanted to add or change anything (no sales pressure) explained everything to me, more than once lol AND saved me money! She was very friendly! I would recommend Allstate in a heartbeat! Even saved my sister some money 💰

  I’ve been with the same insurance agency for about 57 years. Unfortunately, this year when my annual premiums came due, I decided to shop around to see what the market was asking. I was fortunate to come in contact with Chelsa who represents the Gaudio Group Allstate, Columbus, Ohio. She was great because she was a good listener and understood why I was asking so many questions to compare policies. Fortunately, she did not bug me and after about three weeks, I made my decision to change. The change with simple, easy and she handled everything, including canceling my existing policies. If I was asked, I would give her five stars PLUS

  I had the opportunity to have talked to Mark Robinson (licensed Producer) at Allstate Ins about Auto and Home insurance and also with Jenny in Service for Allstate. Mark found for me coverages that better suited my budget and satisfied my needs. He then transfered me to Jenny (in Service) with Johnathan Gaudio Allstate Ins who helped facilitate canceling my current insurer and finalizing the contract with Allstate. They were professional throughout which made everything easy to understand and give specific guidance for my needs. I will definitely contact them again if and when my needs change. Very good. They have my thanks.

  Allstate has one hell of a CSR rep Tisha was the nicest person I have talked to there she was professional but caring when I didnt understand something she put it differently. I work on the phones to and she cared like real cared we talked about dogs to fill the dead air between us she was amazing and sweet you guys are lucky to have someone like her there unlike the person I was switch over to in claim he was short and when I didnt know the anwser or looking for it he huffed and was not friendly at all he repeatedly was unprofessional with an attitude I gave 5 stars cause of her not him
