She made it quick and easy to add my car to my policy. She brought up life insurance and unlike most people/insurance groups she gave me the info for it and wasn't overly pushy about it. I told her my time frame on getting life insurance and she was accepting of it and made herself a reminder to reach out to me. She also gave me a great price on low/no deductible full coverage for half of what I was anticipating!
