- CIChristopher InglesOct 28, 20251.0Had an existing home policy with them for the past 3 years, had them give me a quote for a new policy this year and switched based on their quote only to have my rate increased because they provided the wrong information. It was an existing policy - the garage did not attach itself to the house in the past three years. They then tried to gaslight me by saying I was saving money on the auto policy I dropped from full coverage to liability. You never deal with the same person twice, which may be half their problem. I found insurance elsewhere and am happy to not deal with their incompetence anymore. Highly recommend you consider other agents as well.
