I was a long-standing customer of this agency and never had issues. I have since moved to State Farm, where my rates are much cheaper. I was fine with receiving a call every six months to compare rates, but that has not been the case.
This agency has hired a third-party telemarketing firm to generate business. While I understand the strategy, the execution has been excessive and unacceptable. Despite telling them I already received a quote and to call back in six months, I’ve received five calls in just two weeks.
After the repeated calls, I contacted the agency directly. I was told they would inform the telemarketing company to stop. Yet today, I received another call. When I called the agency again to address it, I explained that at this point it feels like harassment and is out of compliance. I asked for the name of the telemarketing company they are using, and the assistant refused to provide it—claiming she didn’t know, even though the agency hired them.
These repeated calls are a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) Registry rules, which clearly prohibit continued solicitation after a consumer has stated they are not interested. Once a customer clearly declines services and requests no further calls, continuing to call is unlawful and considered harassment.
I cannot recommend an agency that engages in, or allows, these practices.
PS. Everytime I'd blocked the number they'd just call from another number.

I clipped off a car’s mirror while driving down a street. I called my agent who then contacted claims and they talked to me about a minute or so and gave me a claim number. I only had a persons name and phone number and they contacted them and settled getting them a new mirror almost immediately. I didnt have to do anything more! Excellent and fast service better than expected! Impressive and excellent!

I've been a customer for years. Thankfully, I really never needed much from them. The one time I did... they weren't there for me. Great difficulties getting a call back from my AGENT, not someone else in the office! She finally called me AFTER I opened for business for the day. This ment that I no longer had time to deal with our problem. Sadly, I don't feel they really care if I stay or go, so I'm taking my policies elsewhere. Additionally, I find out today that they SHOULD have been doing a yearly review of my policies.... this never happened. There are better offices.
