  I inquired about a quote for my auto insurance and Elli was prompt, courteous and professional. I also appreciated the fact that she stayed after hours to accommodate my work schedule.   I had the pleasure of Elli Thomas assisting me with purchasing insurance for my new boat. She took her time and explained the process. She answered all of my questions. Elli was very people friendly and completed the task in a timely fashion. She was very professional. We have always dealt with State Farm and the commercials are correct… “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!” 🙂

  I had to switch insurance because there communication sucks i crashed my car and when i got a new one it took a month of leaving voicemails and texts with no response to switch my insurance I had to go elsewhere because they never got back with me I think it’s funny when I put a 1 star they put not affiliated with our business like why would I leave a review if I wasn’t a customer lol

  If I could give my insurance agent, Mr. John McCaw, I worked with more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Being with American Family/Connect (Costco insurance) for my auto insurance since 2019, I was not looking to move insurance companies until I realized how much my insurance went up with them over the last year for no reason. It's not like I got points or tickets. So I dreadfully started looking into quotes from other companies. Still dreading and reluctant to answer the phone when these companies would call, I waited in hopes they would just email me. That's when I received an email from Mr. John McCaw with State Farm insurance. He was absolutely AMAZING to work with and made this entire process so simple! He had everything already prepared and presented it to me beautifully! The process was very easy, and because of that, I had my new policy within minutes! On top of this, I am paying way less for MORE coverage, adding on a rental coverage and an additional driver on my 2020 Lexus RX350 - full coverage! I couldnt wait to get off of work to call American/Connect to cancel my policy! Mr. McCaw was super helpful, made the entire process easy and go seamless! I never enjoy working with insurance companies, but he is someone who I could work with all day, every day! Thank you, John! You truly are the best!!!!
