As our auto renewal coming up I noticed the premium on some coverages jumped up quite a bit, even close to 50%...When I called Chloe, she was very helpful! Chloe pointed out some ways we could save, such as activate Drivewise app on our phones, increase collision deductible to a higher but very reasonable level since we have safe driving deductible rewards each year, and she also suggested adding "Mile wise"... So all these practical adjustments have significantly brought down our premium...In addition, Chloe is very patient and pleasant to work with, so we appreciate her efforts and expertise, and we highly recommend working with Chloe!
