The claims department is horrible to deal with. Had a KIA stolen in Cleveland found burned out a day later. The adjuster sat on the paperwork and cost me extra car payments for a car that was a total loss. Thankfully the lady at the local office got involved and said I had sent all required documents and said she didnt understand the delay and got it straightened out. Had moss on my roof wanted it removed but it was February below freezing and icy. Policy would be canceled if not taken care of. I Sent 8 pictures Valene Wolf who requested them prior to the cancelation got canceled anyway because she did nothing with the pictures she asked for I found out 4 months later when my Mortage jumped 200 a month. I was charged $267 for four months of insurance by the mortage company i paid 1100 for 12 month coverage prior to that with AllState. No letter was sent to me to inform me. Claimed to have left a voicemail but never received one at all. Trust me I would have responded instead of paying 1080 for 4 months. Going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my Attorney. From the look of these comments I am not alone in the lack of service.

Talked to crystal today and she was so incredibly rude. I told her that allstate was too high and that Statefarm was quite a bit cheaper, she was rude when canceling my policies and never once did she offer to try and re work numbers so I didn't switch. Not recommended 😕
