    Allstate is absolutely the worst insurance company my uncle has ever dealt with. My uncle is 73 years old, drives safely, has never been in an accident, and owns a 2000 Ford, as well as a 2018 vehicle, all of which are covered under his policy. When he first signed up, his payment was in the $600 range. Then, out of nowhere, they jacked it up to $749, dropped it slightly to $729, and now they have the nerve to raise it again to $774. When I asked why, the representative, Lisa, blamed it on “inflation.” That’s the excuse they use when they have nothing real to justify the price hike. Nothing changed on his end. No claims. No tickets. No accidents. NOTHING. And it's only been six months since they raised it to 749. This is price-gouging older adults, plain and simple. They are taking advantage of a 73-year-old man who has been loyal and responsible. It feels like robbery. Allstate should be ashamed of itself. They do not care about their customers, just about the money. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Stay far away from Allstate unless you want your rates constantly raised for no reason.

    They are very nice, professional and informative!! I just opened a life policy for my nephew Donovan and his staff made it very easy for me and answered all my questions. Jaime is very smart with a sharp look and smile and always answered all my questions happily and never rushed me off the phone. Thanks guys for all your help with my policies!!
