  Worst person to do taxes with who charges someone $600.00 tondo your taxes and then when you give them your new account number they send your money to an old account that’s closed 2nd year In a row this has been done to me and then tells me to call the irs to try and get it back knowing he’s the one that is suppose to do it because he filed my taxes and took his money unbelievable I don’t recommend nobody do deal with Donavan Nieta I trusted him wholeheartedly and once again you fail me and no concern nor consideration the nerve of you to tell me at the end of the call Goodluck and leaving me to do what fend for myself on top of what you took from me crook leaving this in gods hands.

  Allstate is absolutely the worst insurance company my uncle has ever dealt with. My uncle is 73 years old, drives safely, has never been in an accident, and owns a 2000 Ford, as well as a 2018 vehicle, all of which are covered under his policy. When he first signed up, his payment was in the $600 range. Then, out of nowhere, they jacked it up to $749, dropped it slightly to $729, and now they have the nerve to raise it again to $774. When I asked why, the representative, Lisa, blamed it on “inflation.” That’s the excuse they use when they have nothing real to justify the price hike. Nothing changed on his end. No claims. No tickets. No accidents. NOTHING. And it's only been six months since they raised it to 749. This is price-gouging older adults, plain and simple. They are taking advantage of a 73-year-old man who has been loyal and responsible. It feels like robbery. Allstate should be ashamed of itself. They do not care about their customers, just about the money. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Stay far away from Allstate unless you want your rates constantly raised for no reason.
