  Efficient & reliable company to trust with your insurance. This location/office has great customer service from those who work there. Owner gets back to you in a timely manner for any difficult questions or concerns over your claims, insurance costs or policy discrepancies as well as the office manager was very patient in breaking down all aspects of my policy, showing me what I am exactly paying for & coverage that best suited me & my family! I cannot recommend this Allstate location enough!

  I've had Mark for my agent now for many years and I have always felt very comfortable with him. He has always been able answer any questions and make suggestions for my coverage needs without any pressure. I wouldn't want another insurance company because Allstate has always been there for me and my family and Mark has been a big part of that.

  I highly recommend this agency! I was widowed suddenly and bought a new RV for travel between my sons homes. I researched insurance and found Mark Bugenhagen based on a recommendation from my realtor. Mark and his agency have been so helpful, responsive, and kind. The cost of my policy has been outstanding. Once when I misplaced my card which I had to show to register at a military RV facility, it was immediately emailed to me. Recently I did damage to my RV and their office was so responsive when I could not reach the claims department in the state where my RV was. I am leaving NYS permanently now and I so regret that I will no longer be a client at this office.
