  I have been with Mark Bugenhagen for over 10 years. They really care about their customers and always try to help me understand my policies and what I am covered for. They are great.

  I've had Mark for my agent now for many years and I have always felt very comfortable with him. He has always been able answer any questions and make suggestions for my coverage needs without any pressure. I wouldn't want another insurance company because Allstate has always been there for me and my family and Mark has been a big part of that.

  Superior customer service! Mark and his team have all the answers to all of our insurance needs. He and his team have great people skills and values and respects his clients. They also know how to save you money without reducing your insurance coverage.
