The staff is personable and a pleasure to deal with since they are always availabe through phone or email. I really appreciate the fact that they make you feel like a valued customer not just another claim number. I will continue to do business with Allstate for many years to come.

Allstate Insurance is not willing to pay out your claim when you submit a valid estimate regarding repairs. Customer service with Allstate is lazy and incompetent. The Allstate agent Robin Poirier at this location is never available, lacks customer service skills and unwilling to close open claims. He is never in his office. His secretary does all the work!! I had to take Allstate to court to get my claim resolved.
