And my rates went up every 6 months until he priced me into finding new insurance. I'll be saving almost $1200 a year through my new insurance carrier.

Despite that, I was treated poorly by agent Michael Garcia — unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer service. After years of loyalty, I left because I couldn’t trust him to handle my insurance needs. I strongly suggest avoiding him and his office.

Screwed me, had to pay DMV fee for no insurance on 2 vehicles because he did not start insurance when he said he would and had 8 day insurance lapse. If you want Allstate insurance DO NOT use Garcia!!!!! Allstate would not make it right so went to another insurance company.
