  I think I've been with them for four years and I'm looking for another insurance company for my cars. Unfortunately, my car was hit. I called them, and they gave me a price that wasn't what the repair shop estimated. I'm fighting to get them to help me; they're thieves. They sent me a check, but they didn't respond to anything else. Besides sending that check for $800 and something, my bill increased 😡😡. I also pay for home insurance because otherwise they say I'd pay more. Before, I paid $12, and now it's $15. If my opinion is helpful, and if you're looking for insurance, look elsewhere, not Allstate. It's terrible insurance; they charge a lot, and when you need their help, they don't respond. And don't even get me started on the representatives who handle you—they're the worst. And so you know who left this review, my name is Sandra Patricia Sanchez.   Bob and his daughter Lucciana are some team! as well as his awesome staff! They are exceptionally and incredibly reliable, caring and compassionate. My Dad was a client for umpteen years and now myself as well for the past several years. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
