- ZZZai ZenNov 4, 20251.0My partner and I had utilized their service for around 10 years. Despite never having a claim that entire time however, two years ago they doubled the cost. The first year we paid it, begrudgingly. This year, we decided not to renew our contract with them as they had increased the cost once again, and made no effort to work with us despite having been a long time customer. Trisha was of zero help. Well, after we didn't renew our contract, they decided to hit us with an audit out of nowhere. They wanted us to send them over a bunch of information during our busiest time of year, and we are not even using their services any more. I received a misleading and predatory phone call where Trisha tried to tell us we were required to pay money despite that we fulfilled our contract with them, have never had a claim and did not renew. When we told them we were using a different insurance service she stopped and changed her tune. Super sketchy! Because we did not comply with their audit request, they sent us an egregious bill and have been bombarding us with letters threatening to get a law firm involved if we do not pay in a "prompt" manner. It's been a major headache and frankly I don't see how this is legal. As a small business, I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

- MVMichael VasquezJan 2, 20185.0Got a referral to this place to see Trish. Despite seeing a negative review on here I decided to see it through. I was not disappointed. Trish was great and helpful. I can understand maybe someone having a bad day and then getting a bad google review because of it but she was definitely pleasant to deal with. When I need to get a another quote I will certainly see her again.
