We had a house fire early in 2026. We had contacted Todd, and he had had directed it to the rest of the Allstate team. Once the claim was initiated, I still had to go to Todd and or his team to clarify certain items. I have nothing but high praise for the overall team how they handled the whole process, timely and professionally with my Public Adjuster. I have shared my experience with friends and colleagues of how this process should work. Our level of comfort was high throughout the process which is very important when you’re displaced from your home and your daily life.

Originally, I got a hi-how you doing Call ?
just checking on my needs and it turned out to be an update in policy and I wound up even saving some money.
Everyone was patient with me and answered all my questions , explaining things to the upmost.
I spoke to Gabby originally who went over my records and assured me a call back from Todd.. Todd intern did call me back and we spent half the time reminiscing being a customer for apx 40 years.
I do appreciate the time Todd spent on the phone with me and catching up was a bonus.

Allstate & my agent, Todd Cameron, have always kept me up to date on my policies and any potential changes. That was about the extent of our communication, which was great for me, until I found my car after it had been side swiped. The Allstate app, customer service, and Todd's communication was prompt, professional, caring, and an overall incredibly easy process to submit and process my claim. Thank you for being there when I needed you most, Todd.
