  I’ve been with my agent Jeremy for quite some time he’s always reached out and has been on time to respond 5-20 minutes he’s already on top of it to make me a happy customer. Very transparent and helpful i needed a last minute change to my policy and it got done instantly. Thank you Jeremy your a life saver ‼️‼️‼️

  Called the office and spoke with Jim. I had received a letter from the DMV stating that my “Vehicle was suspended” so frantically I called my agent Jeremy and spoke to Jim. He quickly put me at ease when he explained that these are common occurrences and that he would straighten it out. 3 days later Jim called me back and let me know I was all set. Thank you Jim for all your help!

  I recently had an issue with a claim from a rental car involving damage to the windshield. Jeremy told me there would be no out of pocket cost for me. When the Allstate claim rep informed me I had a deductible to pay, Jeremy jumped in and got it resolved promptly - educating the claim rep. I have had my auto insurance with Allstate for 50+ years and it is customer service like this that keeps me with them.

  Called in to discuss why my rate went up from the previous term. The sales rep their explained to me why the rate increased, but also found ways to help lower the premium as well. I was also able to save by bundling my home with the auto insurance. Overall extremely satisfied with the service, and the knowledge at this agency. Would recommend this agency to friends and family. Thank you for your help!
