  I had an extremely poor experience with a representative at BOBBY Allstate agency. The gentleman I spoke with sounded very upset, rushed, and completely unprofessional. He claimed he was calling from a Bobbby Agency, but his tone came across aggressive rather than helpful, and he struggled to communicate basic information clearly. There was no introduction, no clarity, and no professionalism in the call. He raised his voice, interrupted repeatedly, and sounded offended instead of providing customer service. It felt more like a personal reaction than a business conversation. If this is the type of staff representing an Allstate Agency, it reflects very poorly on the agency owner. This individual clearly lacks training, professionalism, and the ability to handle client interactions appropriately. I would strongly recommend better screening of representatives and additional customer-service training. Someone this emotionally reactive should not be handling client calls.

  BEWARE of getting your insurance done from here! Bobby is an irresponsible, irresponsive agent. He doesn’t know what he is doing. He never helps, or picks up your calls. This insurance agency is a FRAUD. Didn’t submit my documents even though I sent them when he asked. But when it comes to payments they act so sweet. He doesn’t deserve any of your money not a single penny! Save yourself some money and time and get insurance from someone trustworthy and respectful. I gave this guy enough chances to fix his mistake, he never responded. Only interested in your money. Allstate charged me thrice the amount because he forgot to submit any supporting documents. And gave me liability instead of full coverage claiming that I never submitted any inspection. I have proof that I submitted it on time. Even Allstate agreed that I submitted it on time. Do not go here.
