  Absolutely AWFUL experience. We purchased a home, gave all the specifics to our agent, paid. They sent an inspector who went on our property without reaching out, so trespassed. To find out the roof that multiple roofing companies said would have two years of life left in it needed to be replaced. A shock, but we agreed and immediately put down a deposit to have it done. Roofs cannot be replaced until it’s 50 degrees outside. We tell them this, and are still told despite circumstances out of our control that our coverage is being cancelled in ten days. Absolutely shameful and we have not had consistency speaking to one person. I would expect to hear from Vivian at this point but nothing. We will look elsewhere and please save your money. They are operating an untrustworthy and unethical business.
