- JTJacob ThompsonSep 12, 20242.0They are very nice and lovely people, but my rate literally only went up by 30%+ without any tickets/accidents/claims. Not sure if it's this particular branch or just State Farm as a whole, but if you are looking for a place that will not increase your rate then I would highly suggest not this. Update; Hi Steve! I did call in before I did any shopping around. I first got you as my provider for $140 then it went up to $188 and I called and the best she could possibly do for me was $7 off a month. Then it got raised again to $224. First place I went to now has me at $134. I tried everything with you before I left. I live right next door but those are the numbers. No harsh feelings, just can't justify this big of a discrepancy.

- KFkyra fowlerJan 11, 20181.0State farm agent steve cook failed to set up automatic payments for 9 months, we decided to switch agents and the new agent says to check with the dmv and make sure everything is good, well its not and apparently fees were not paid so now we are in a bad situation, and it was in no way our fault. Every three months for nine months we gave our information again bc they had failed to make it an automatic payment, and we never recieved mail or a call about the payments not going through.
