  Michele Kitterle runs a Facebook group community page. I posted and commented anonymously on the page. She decided to publicly post my comment AND MY NAME because she didnt like the context. DO NOT trust her. If she breaches confidentiality (that the page allows) simply on a Facebook page, imagine what she could do with your personal information. I would NEVER do business with someone like this. Your personal financial information could be at risk with someone who breaches confidentiality. Proceed accordingly.

  Randy Lemus is awesome. For some reason I keep neglecting to sign up for automatic payments. And for over 2 years Randy has been emailing me separately every time a payment is due to remind me to make it. I got very late the last time around and he emailed me and texted me and called me until I finally answered, then took the payment over the phone and got everything straightened out. We'll beyond the call of duty!

  Once again, this agency has been very helpful to me and most recently Randy Lemus helped make some changes to my condo policy that saved me some money while also improving my coverage….I didn’t think that was possible, but it was! (thank you, Randy!). They are always very responsive, and nice, and I greatly appreciate that.
