  I purchased a motorcycle that was manufactured in China. The original paperwork from the dealer was incorrect and couldn't be used to register and title in New York State. The manufacturer and dealer finally reissued the Certificate of Origin and bill of sale. During this lengthy process Natalie Teodoro issued three different insurance cards and policy changes to help me meet the requirements to register the motorcycle. I was tired of dealing with it, but Natalie was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make me feel like I wasn't any bother at all. She quickly made all of the changes and corrections that were necessary. I have my motorcycles, cars and home insured with Allstate, through Nick Castelli. I recently had to file a claim for and accident where the other driver was at fault. The other driver's insurance company (SF) was terrible to try and deal with. I finally got frustrated enough that I filed a claim through Nick's office with Allstate. They settled the claim for an amount that was a little higher than I deemed would be a fair amount. They look care of the claim quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the one on one care that the representatives in this agency provide! Especially, thank you Natalie!

  I learned yesterday, Nick is taking over agency; we wish him great success, so far he has gone out of his way to help my family with our insurance needs, and we are excited to be working with him.
