  This Allstate at Long Pond Rd is the best. Thank you Joshua Chapman for taking care of my situation. I got hit and run at parking lot back in August, before hanging up the phone, the collision shop and rental car text me. This is how he works so quickly and professionally. Smooth Processing and no problems at all with collision shop and rental car. I’ve been at this agency for over 30 years.

  The best word I can use to describe this agency is 'amazing'. They have always been there for me for any problem that I have encountered. Any time I needed to contact this agency, they were always quick to answer questions or to help me sort out any difficulties. Recently, I had a problem with a car rental mix-up, which was not my fault. Even though this was not their problem, they took care of it and put my mind at ease. Nothing would ever tempt me to give my business to another insurance carrier. This Allstate Joshua Chapman office is to be commended for its exemplary service.

  I worked with David to set up my homeowners, car and life insurance policies. He was super knowledgeable and made the topic of insurance a lot less daunting and easy to understand. I have been a long time customer through car insurance (on a family plan) and they have always been there when I had questions or needed help.
