  I had the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered with a personal lines agent Troy Blanchette. I am in the process of purchasing a home and was looking for a quote, the previous homeowner had security mutual through this brokerage, I got in contact with him because Insurance Marketplace already has the information on the home, and I could provide any missing pieces. I was told even if I was his only priority I wouldn’t be able to have a quote by the time I closed on the home. I was belittled for thinking I could have a quote made in 24 hours and was told it would take at least 2 weeks because of “how busy they are”. I called a different brokerage and got a wonderful policy with NCYM situated within a couple of hours. I was a secretary/serviced policies for an insurance brokerage as a former job and I have NEVER heard of a straight-forward residential policy taking more than 1-2 days. I have never advised a customer to go elsewhere. A complaint about this has been made and the owner Mike said the ‘truth was somewhere in the middle of this conversation’. I wish this could’ve been on a recorded line I’d happily share and it would be the same as what I’ve written here. I am not one to waste my time on a Google review for no reason. To anyone whose read this far, do not waste your time with this agency either.

  Kathy was an AMAZING help with our claim! Not only did she get the ball rolling, but she found the person responsible through their insurance company to hold them accountable! I’ve been blessed by the insurance agent gods to have her on my side! She was fast, efficient, extremely helpful, and friendly! Call the insurance marketplace and speak with her today to get the same personal service!

  I called the Agency to confirm the coverage transfer from the vehicle I traded in to a new vehicle. The agent, Cathleen Feig, performed the transfer immediately, there was no delay in completing all necessary formalities and I was completely satisfied with the work of Kathleen and the Agency.
