  Had insurance here for about 10 years. Finally left since Auto got ridiculous. I sold a truck back in 2017 and they took the insurance off the truck I didn't sell despite me telling them the exact VIN, policy number, and plate number. If i got into an accident it would have been on me and not them. Made 1 claim for broken glass in 2024 in all my years there but everytime my premiums renewed it went up outrageously (over 100+ every six months). I was done paying over 100 bucks a month for 20+ year old vehicles that I paid 6 months up front and without any collision. Then when I went to cancel they gave me the run around. First they gave me an email (since they only have 1 person who can cancel. What a joke train your employees) I got no response. Called again and was told the person would call me right back since they were in a meeting but I knew that was not going to happen and it never did. New insurance took care of cancelations for me since allsate wouldn't when I asked. "Well we have to see if we can match rates" you will not come close, new insurance cut it down to a quarter of what i got here with the same coverages. Go elsewhere even if you want allstate this is not the place to get it from. 1 star since it is minimum and the home insurance rate was very comparable to the new insurance I got.

  Worse to deal with than the issue itself. Incompetent agents/adjustors, who very clearly do not care and do not help. Nobody from this office will assist you when nothing is getting taken care of. Corporate will blame the local and the local will blame corporate. Left hand and right hand do not communicate here. Do not get this insurance if you ever need to make a claim. You’re going to be SOL with an office that is unable, or unwilling, to be of assistance.

  This branch continually called and emailed me about consolidating my insurance despite my repeated statements that I was satisfied with my car agent. I just wanted household with Allstate. Finally in exasperation I engaged in a phone dispute with a female agent whose behavior was disgustingly unprofessional. Furious at the exchange, I called Andy. He emailed. R and told me he would call to discuss the incident. He did not. I called repeatedly and emailed. I did not receive any closure to this incident other than to move my accounts to a different Allstate agent. I am a long-time client if Allstate, but this particular office was unprofessional and I was very disappointed in their lack of response to this situation. Find a different agent.
