  Mal servicio, mala comunicación, mala atención, la idea de tener una agencia o asesor de seguros de auto, es en ayudar y apoyar y guiar a sus clientes, con sus reportes y sus accidentes, ya que si se tiene accidentes o son reportados algún accidente, ellos el deber SER es comunicarse con el cliente y asesorarlo, en lo que se debe hacer y que no se debe hacer.. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

  I paid my bill and payment didn't went true soo 5 days they call me that my policy was cancel I paid again and didn't went true again paid tru the phone whit one of the but they said I was too late but the payment went ok that's their sistem was not working properly 11 years with Allstate and that's how they treat costumers 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  I've been insured with this Establishment ment for over 25 yrs over time i have left ,returned, left,Returned only looking for rates conducive to financial needs . Its Good to know that the " Maisonette Agency" have always Employed Caring & Compassionate People, who try to find less financial Straining Policies for people to work with. They're an Very Welcoming & Compassionate Agency.

  I have been with ALLSTATE for 20 years, the manager Jesus is very helpful and reliable and one of the best employees there. Would recommend for the amazing customer service!
