  Not happy lately at all with this insurance company. This agent was rude, kept talking over me. I have been with Allstate for 35+ years. I used to be so pleased with them and always recommended them to family and friends. When people told me I could get insurance cheaper elsewhere, I always defended them citing their customer service experience I have had with them was always top notch. Not anymore. Several times in the past few years I have been met with poor customer service and resistance on the slightest problem. They charged me late fees when my bank clearly shows the payment was processed on time 3 DAYS before they say it was paid. For all the money I have paid to them?? Will be shopping for better customer service insurance.

  Shawn is absolutely hands down a great agent. Talked me through everything. He explained the policy very thoroughly. He did not sell me a policy just to tell me a policy. He gave me a policy that works for me. his customer service is impeccable.
