After 15 years as a State Farm client, my first-ever claim was handled by Marie Molnar in a way that was shockingly unprofessional and distressing. When my vehicle was broken into and left undrivable, she dismissed my request for a rental by saying she had “never heard of anyone asking for one” and, “most people have two cars”. This lack of empathy, basic knowledge, and professionalism during an already stressful situation was unacceptable. I have since taken my insurance elsewhere. Rude, bizarre experience.
