  I've been on my father's insurance for years, he recently passed and hasn't really taught me much about buying insurance, all I knew was that he used AllState. I called up AllState and explained my situation to Taylor Abbott. She was so patient and kind talking me through everything, even with the information I didn't understand she explained it perfectly and stress free. Thank You so much!!! From someone who is still navigating adult life!!

  I must say I am not AT ALL a fan of Allstate the insurance company AS A WHOLE. BUT! Working with Carly at this agency was an ABSOLUTE pleasure! She was very helpful during and after my car accident and was always a dilate to speak with. Hopefully she gets a promotion at this agency because she has some top notch people/customer service skills! Thank you again Carly, awesome job!

  Nice people. Generally pretty responsive. I had a funny feeling about things the day I hung up the phone after giving them my business. The Drivewise device caused the computer to malfunction in my car and cost me a service call at the dealership to find out. Allstate defers to Drivewise and they have not returned my calls about reimbursement. A mistake on some information on regarding comparing how much a newer vehicle would cost to insure left me paying between $150 and $200 more than expected per 6 mo interval. I am having trust issues with the office and Allstate. I will be looking elsewhere.
