  Horrible agency. In 3 years I have yet to have someone answer the phone or call me back after I leave messages. I had to use another agency that is not even my agent to get help for any of my insurance needs. Don’t waste your time with this agency.

  Although Nicholas Camarano did take the time to call and explain things when i was confused i canceled because there rates were extermely high and just kept going up. I found other insurance cheaper. I received a call after only canceling about a month or so ago and the collector said i owed a little of a 100 dollars and it will affect my credit ifi dont pay it. I never received a bill with this balance before and who sends someone to collectors less then a month later. If they send the bill i will pay it so they will send it to me. Not even a call to say i oweed anything why send someone to collections so quickly without makingany attempts to communicate with me.

  Absolutely horrible service, I bought a car from Nissan 112 a month ago and switched all my cars to Allstate. That was a mistake, Nick put the wrong vin number into my new insurance account which then didn’t link up with the dmv which caused my collision and coverage to drop for a whole month! Not one person called me, a letter was sent a month later smh. I came to the office multiple times because they never answer their phones. He was suppose yo fix the mix up for me but 3 days later I still have no coverage. Now my loan company and dmv are charging me for having a lapse in insurance. I WILL BE CANCELLING ALLSTATE. Be careful when you buy a car at Nissan they just want to give each other money and not care about their customers!!!!

  I got a car at Nissan and they switched me to allstate but I've been having issues with Allstate now because I wasnt told that i had to get my other car inspected. I was never told and i was never sent mail nor recieved phone call. I really am disappointed with them. I might be going back to GEICO!! This isn't right. I owe hundreds and now i have to do all these calls and waste my time. BIG THUMBS DOWN 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
