I got a car at Nissan and they switched me to allstate but I've been having issues with Allstate now because I wasnt told that i had to get my other car inspected. I was never told and i was never sent mail nor recieved phone call. I really am disappointed with them. I might be going back to GEICO!! This isn't right. A rock hit my windshield and the crack went clear across the drivers side. I made an appointment for a replacement online with a popular company. While online Allstate was contacted and approved the repair. It was done without any fuss, or cost to me.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a strange change to my policy 2 weeks after I paid for it, and have been trying to get a clear answer as to why it has changed for the last 9 months. Apparently absolutely no one works at the Nicholas Camarano Agency (or at least no one who cares about their customers). After wasting over 4 hours on the phone explaining the same problem over and over, I have not received any calls back and no one has been helpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! I'd highly suggest to pick a different agency with people who actually care about customer service. This agency is a joke.
