  Had Allstate in Oyster Bay about 40 years, originally w Bob & Judy then Joseph. He is impossible to deal with, he doesn’t call back, doesn’t follow through on what he says he’ll do. Long story but he’s cost me $ and he’s not running anything near a good business. Just switched to Weissman - Allstate agent in Syosset

  What's going on with these guys? I have been calling for over a week and not heard back from them. I have sent emails, called over the phone even walked up to the office. They have moved from 71 W Main Street and at the new address all you find is a closed door. No sign. No nothing. Stay away from Joseph Morales

  After dealing with many insurance companies with unsatisfactory results, I was lucky to find Joseph Morales at Allstate. Bundling my home insurance and my auto insurance was quick and convenient. Joseph was pleasant, professional and the results of his advice and efforts are very much appreciated.

  As with the other posted reviews this man is VERY difficult to get a hold of. I had been an Allstate flood insurance customer since 1998 with the Reimels who had been the previous Allstate brokers in that same office. Mr. Reimels was in the office daily during normal 9-5 business hours. I have not met this new broker. I did not even know someone new had taken over the business. Nothing came in the mail introducing himself that he had taken over. I spoke with him for the first time on the phone this past summer as I had a question. At the end of the summer I stopped by the office one week day during normal business hours to speak with him. I found the office closed. There was no support staff, secretary or receptionist. Mr. Morales had just left a small note taped to the front door window saying he stepped out and would be back within 10 minutes. So I waited...and waited. With Mr. Morales never showing up I left and went home. I then called and left a voicemail for him. He did call me back. After reading the previous postings I now sadly see this isn't an isolated issue.
