  It was very pleasant working with allstate even during our claim during the xmas storm of 22, it was very easy. We only switched agencies due to pricing.

  Insurance is one of those things we all need to have, but unfortunately my experience with Allstate has been disappointing. When everything is calm, the service seems fine. But when an actual issue comes up (water line broke within the house) and you really need their support, the response feels slow, self-centered, and far from helpful. The biggest frustration is the payout process. What Allstate consider “coverage” barely scratches the surface of the real cost to replace what was lost. It feels like the policy promises one thing, but the company delivers something much smaller when it actually matters. Overall, I’m not saying they’re the worst, but I expected a lot more fairness and follow-through, especially considering how much we pay for insurance in the first place, year after year.

  Be very careful folks. We had black mold by a window which we caught right away and they said it wasn't covered because the mold was caused by water that started leaking in the window. I don't know how else black mold starts other than from moisture........FROM SOMEWHERE!!! Watch what you are signing from this company!! 23 years with this company!!!! I see they value loyalty!!!!

  I have carried car, renters and now homeowners insurance with the Ripellino Agency for over 25 years. Bryan and his staff have always been there to answer any questions and solve any problems I have ever encountered with regards to our policies. They recently reviewed our policies and were able to save us a great deal of money on premiums while still keeping the coverage we have grown to rely on. Sue and Ashley in the office have also been very helpful and I can depend on them to have answers for me and get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

  I have had my car and life insurance through Bryan Ripellino Allstate for over a decade and no matter when I call Sue Walterich is always ready and available to help me out! I couldn’t thank her enough for the kindness and efficacy when I got into my car accident! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for insurance!
