  I had to file a claim for the rear window on my vehicle. Everything was taken care of for me and follow ups to make sure the repair was being scheduled. They made this a positive experience.

  I have been with Allstate for car and renter insurance since the 90's and they have always been there when I needed them. I have consulted with them a few times about switching and instead of hounding me to stay they offered realistic comparisons and advice on how they could meet my needs with no pressure what so ever. My current friends at Caro-Northrup are the best yet. I am 71 years old they have always been professional and responsive to my concerns or needs even when I was just seeking some advice that had no bearing on my accounts for them. Last year I hit a deer about a month to the day after canceling my collision insurance. They showed me how they would make my comprehensive coverage work for me and I saved hundreds vs what I might have paid with a new company. I am truly in good hands here they have my highest recommendations!
