- ELEmily LFeb 9, 20241.0I have never experienced horrible customer service where I actually had to write a review. Paige is the only nice reasonable one at this location. I spoke with Alex who proceeded to cut me off and not let me speak at all to a point I had to hang up on him. He then called me back as to where I didn’t answer and left a voice mail telling me don’t ever do that again and how rude I am. I am truly disgusted and shocked how this is acceptable. This is not help nor customer service this is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I am very upset and shaken up over this attitude I received and never had a rep call me back like that.

Neither they did solved my problem on top they were really rude. They don’t know how to talk to a customer. Will never recommend anyone. Rudest agency I have ever talked.
