  This insurance agency takes care of my elderly mother’s affairs I want to express my gratitude to how wonderful the ladies in the office help her. They are extremely polite and helpful, never bothered by all her questions. Their patience with her was exceptional I would recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance.

  I have been ripped off and forced to accept a settlement that was far less than the damage done to my property. Allstate did this by firstly, rejecting the initial estimate provided by their own appraiser, then by estimates given by three different roofers, and then by delaying the claims process until they found a contractor who would low-ball the repair cost rather than to accept the fair estimates provided. Being an engineer as well as a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Broker for more than 30 years, I am shocked and devastated by this claims experience. But due to my poor health and the stress associated with having an ugly tarp covering my roof while Allstate come-up with a variety of new ways to deny the claim, I decided to concede to the reduced settlement and absorbed the loss rather than litigate it in a court of law or through arbitration. To this day, I feel cheated and hurt by this injustice and hope that this wrong will be righted.
