Andy is a person that likes to put you in Debt he lies , The reception doesn’t know how to answer the phone correctly. Andy is never in the office when you need him. This place, Andrew Clementon is a very bad place for renters insurance car, insurance or anything else

- VKVernie KindronOct 17, 20211.0Andrew Clemen's office is notoriously unresponsive, both Andrew and his staff. We've called several times over the years and he has NEVER gotten back to us. We recently had several months issue with a direct pay when an expiration date change. We immediately called Marsha from his staff and made the changes but apparently she never made the change. She would take the information again, take the payment from the account from the card, but AGAIN never documented it in our records. I have since changed agents. I believe Andrew and his staff to be an unscrupulous bunch and I highly recommend you do not do business with this office. I can't begin to write all we've been through from this office.
