  I don’t normally leave review but this office went above and beyond. I recently had a very strange issues I received a DMV suspension Letter listing Allstate as the insurance needing to verify proof. It’s was strange due to the fact I had never held auto insurance with Allstate. Dion was the first person I thought of due to holding my homeowners insurance a few years back. I am not currently a customer with this office anymore but I figured I would give it a try. Dion was the first person to answer the phone he was very helpful and set on helping me find out what was going on. After a few calls with Lisa and Dion they confirmed that it was a dmv issues. My problem was still my problem but that’s not the point of this story. In a world where customer service is few and far between this pair went out of their way to help when I am not even a current customer of theirs , and this alone speaks volumes. Thank you Dion and Lisa. I appreciate your help

  I have been with Allstate for a few years and am well pleased with the service and the people. They are so helpful and courteous and eager to assist you with whatever you need. I was rear ended in the state of Alabama a while ago. Allstate took care of everything, making appointments for me to have the car repaired and making sure I was all right. Thank you Allstate.
