  worst company ever, just looking to screw people over! They took it upon themselves to add one adult son to the other adult son's policy. Siblings are not responsible for each other. My policy holder son pays his policy in full every 6months. This office added the brother (who does not have a car) and is now putting him in collections for this fee. I understand that insurance co want everyone living in a household on a policy BUT sibling are not responsible for each other. My son has been dealing with this office for months, and they office staff is clueless on what to do and Rich is just too busy to address this himself. Do yourselves a favor and dont use this this office!

  Very professional and I can always get hold of a real person quick, if there is a need. Switched from Geico to Allstate 2 years ago for the same coverage at half the premium and Rich and his team have always treated me with respect and helped me choose policies and options that align with my personal finance. I wish he expanded his physical offices to cover areas outside NYC into the suburbs.
