  In January my husband and myself purchased a State Farm automobile insurance policy from M Frederick Ins Agency Inc in Malta, NY. We set up an automatic payment plan. And to make a long story short. There was a problem with the payment not going through. I called the M Frederick Ins Agency and spoke with the owner, Mackenzie Frederick. I explained the problem. And Mackenzie re-entered all the information for the automatic payment plan. Expecting no problem for the March payment. Wrong the same thing happened. I call the insurance agency again after I spoke with my financial institution. I found out that I had given incorrect information for the automatic payment plan. I spoke again with Mackenzie and informed her it was my error that created this problem. Mackenzie was so understanding and could not have been more accommonating in this situation. I have not come across such a caring, kind, understanding and yet professional individual in a long time. It was truly refreshing to work with M Frederick Ins Agcy, Malta, NY. This is the nicest yet professional and caring insurance agencies I have ever worked with. If you want an insurance agency where you want to be treated as a person and not just an insurance policy or number I highly recommend M Frederick Ins Agcy, Malta, NY to be your next insurance agency for your insurance needs. They are licensed to sell insurance in other states than just New York. My husband and myself live in Pennsylvania.

  Was Very Happy to have Reid Frasier assist me in switching to State Farm, Reid took me through what needed to be done I was pleased with my State Farm quote as well. Reed even called me back at the time I prescribed. If you plan on switching insurance companies I would definitely give them a call.
