I called asking for help and I got a RUDE person on the line saying he has lots of things to do, if I could hurry up and he will have to call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he is one. I explained that I want to speak to his boss because he is being very rude and he said that I have to call the actual company! WHO AM I SPEAKING TO IF ITS NOT ALLSTATE THEN!? I called again and he answered and HUNG UP ON ME! Saying I keep calling back after he just told me to stop. This is INSANE customer service!!!
