I called just to get a car insurance quote for my daughter with the 1(800) number, but Karen went far beyond their service. She took the time to listen, thoroughly explain our options, and help us clear up a misunderstanding we had regarding coverage for my daughter. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to assist turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and reassuring experience.     Diego the representative from your establishment has been extremely helpful, caring,, informative , above all Amazing and such a pleasure to have him assist me with my new policy changes. He helped me with updating my policy , insuring me of the new changes made to my policy would be so much more affordable. I can’t begin to thank him enough, and am so great full to have him assist me with me with this whole transition. I am great full and so thankful for all his help.
