  I been calling all day. No one called me back. My Dad been with all state for years. I'm very unhappy. My Dad passed away And I'm just trying to get some information. No one is returning my calls. I have nothing bad to say I just want to move on.

  Poor communication both via phone and email. During the renewal I called several times, left voice messages so many times, no one got back to me. Increment of premium without letting me know, not responding the calls and email making me thinking about changing the agency very soon. Entirely disappointing and unprofessional.

  I had Geico for years and I was fine with rates for a while Until I checked with Allstate. They got the best rates compare to Geico. There is a discount program for driver that can save money up to 10-15%. They are responsive and I love the service they provides. I am very happy with the rates I got. My cars, home insurance everything with Allstate.
