  We have been using him for years. My parents used to use him. I am currently with him. He answers his emails quickly and returns phone calls in a timely fashion. He is detailed oriented. Always follows up. I highly recommend him.

  Ive been in customer service my whole life and today for the first time i encountered the most disrespectful and disgusting customer service from a sales rep in this location called Bruce (dont know if thats how its spelled and quite frankly i dont care at this point either).. everything was ok until i called Bruce back to check on insurance, he told me i would receive it in 4-5 mins and i called him back 15 mins AFTER to find out about the id cards and binder.. now, i wasn't calling back to be rude i was calling back because i also have a job to do and in order to get the customers going i need insurance. When i called back and asked for him and he put me on hold until he sent the email and then he came to the phone, as i looked through the email to make sure everything is correct i said "perfect, everything is good thank you much for your help i truly appreciate it" as i was saying this he didn't care to say anything back he just simply threw the phone on me... i called back because i was bothered and shocked and i told him that he didn't have to be rude and throw the phone on me the way he did i was simply thanking him but he then said " well you got what you wanted and you're being rude!" (i guess for calling back ) i made it known to him that is not the way to do business and he then i guess he got upset for actually calling him out on it and attempted to throw the phone on me again.. all i can say as a business person is ,if you don't like what you do for a living then change careers because its a principal to treat people with respect at all times.. i gave him the chance to correct it when i called back but that didn't happen and its shame ..
