The service has been slow, and no one here ever gets back to me. I've called Rob a few times, and everytime there is a "He isn't here right now" and another excuse. I had to go to the office by Wild Fusion to actually get back answers and help with my policy. Maybe he is not staffed well? Or just not knowledgeable? Regardless, as a business owner myself, when a long time customer calls me, I always answer, if not call back! This place inst even open sometimes until 10! I have nothing but positives to say about Allstate, and the office thats now helping me out, but this specific office is just never available to help - adequately or on time.
