  I had both auto and home insurance with Allstate through this agency. Last July, I clearly communicated my intent to cancel both policies due to rising premiums. I had a detailed discussion with the agency owner, Daniel, who attempted to adjust prices—but they still didn’t come close to what my new insurer offered. I made it clear I was switching providers. Unfortunately, while they processed the auto cancellation, they left the home insurance active without informing me. I’ve now discovered that I was unknowingly charged over $2,600 for a policy I never intended to keep. When I called to address this, I was met with indifference and confusion. A representative named Raphael was particularly unhelpful, telling me I called 1 years ago to only cancel auto but actually i spoke to daniel .” This kind of careless handling and dismissive attitude from the agency is unacceptable. It feels like a calculated move to trap customers into paying for unwanted policies. I strongly caution anyone considering this agency—double-check everything, because they will not take accountability for their own miscommunication or actions.
