- WHWill HughesSep 16, 20161.0This company and broker suck. We had a flood in our house. It took five days before the adjuster showed up. They sent a company called Crystal Remediation come and ripped out two out of ten ruined cupboards and pulled the floor up, exposing clearly moldy boards. When I called Bill Fitzgerald to inquire about the situation and how in taking the cheapest way out to fix the problem ended up exposing us to mold and creating many more thousands of dollars in damage, he cut me off and hung up on me. Anthony from Crystal basically told us it was our tough luck that their is exposed mold in our house now and in the air because Bill and All State would only pay for the minimal amount of corrective action. Our boiler, well and electrical panel were also soaked and these clowns never even took a look at the issue. It seems like from square one they were not going to pay anything beyond a cosmetic repair and in their efforts to take the cheap way have created much more serious problems. They will be hearing from our attorneys. And my advice to anyone is steer clear of All State and this crappy broker.
