We never filed a single claim in all those years. Then, after two related water-damage claims, we were suddenly dropped—with no warning, no conversation, and no attempt at customer service. What made it worse was that David wouldn’t even return our phone calls. After decades of loyalty (and clear overpayment because we believed we had a long-standing, trusted relationship), we expected at least honesty and communication. Instead, we were ignored the moment we needed help. If you’re looking for an agent who values long-term customers, communicates, or stands by you when something goes wrong, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was extremely disappointing and showed us exactly how little our loyalty meant.
