  I have had Allstate insurance for many years now and I am very happy with them. My Rep, Cassandra Shaw, has always been very pleasant while solving any issues I have had.

  Very happy with whom I spoke to. Rates been going up across the board for any and all insurance (not just Allstate). Called they sent me over a defensive driving class to take. So simple and easy. They gave me some options to help lower costs which is what I exactly asked for.
