  Allstate was a big help to our family, and I want to thank Phil in particular for going above and above. Phil carefully looked into our home insurance and helped us switch to a better coverage that saved us about $124 a month. He made everything obvious, answered all of my concerns, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It felt good to know we were well protected and that we were saving a lot of money at the same time. I really appreciate Phil's honesty, patience, and hard work. I would definitely recommend working with Phil at Allstate if you want to save money on home insurance or aren't sure about your current coverage. He really helped us.

  Good luck ever getting a hold of them. You call and call and leave a voicemail and nothing. Regret going here. Since I live in FL now and I can only call. I had to have my mom go to the location and no one was there during business hours. No note outside for a reason and she had to go to another Allstate location and they were wonderful making sure my policy was cancelled. My mother was very frustrated with the process as well. She is going to switch to the location in Greece because of the issue. Thank goodness my mom lives in the area still. But watch out. I called 6 times every day for a week and left voicemails. My mom called as well a couple times before going to the location.

  Allstate have been gracious and understanding. Besides the fact.that they are in business to safeguard our vehicles Allstate insurance actually cares about the person the people. Think you Allstate
