Any small business has to navigate new challenges thrown their way, and they have ridden the changing landscape of their industry. They have stood the test of time.

They are repeat offenders in hanging up on you when they don't like what they're being asked of. They also are rarely available and don't respond to emails or calls without numerous attempts. With so many other insurance companies out there, I cant think of a single reason to use this firm. "The customer comes first" is not in their vocabulary. They would rather raise their voices in a rude unprofessional manner than provide the service their customers pay for.
