- NCNE Region Pest ControlFeb 5, 20261.0⭐ 1 star I was a customer for seven years, which makes this even more disappointing. Over time, the company became increasingly difficult to work with and unprofessional. They went behind my back and sent incorrect information, and I received emails that felt more like intimidation than customer service. They also failed to send important documentation even after I requested it multiple times. Despite presenting themselves as a reputable company, my experience was the opposite—poor communication, lack of transparency, and unnecessary stress. After seven years, this is not how a customer should be treated. I would not recommend them. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
