They never told us why and claimed it was because the insurance had been canceled. Why are they charging us for insurance we don't have? Besides, we were never notified. They wanted us to open a new policy so they would stop debiting us with over $200, but we never received an explanation for this charge. We also had car insurance, which we switched to because the service was bad and the price was too high.
