  Amy and her team have supported my family for 20 years. We always receive terrific customer service whether it is for a claim or just reviewing options to save $ where appropriate. Highly recommend!

  1. Really wanted to start with a locally owned business and we were so disappointed. Owner seems interested in providing service only to the well dressed. 11/19 2. Maybe it was a fluke our first encounter so we decided to give Ms. Miller another opportunity to provide insurance services to our family, property, business. And she failed miserably. Owner Amy Miller is a very rude individual and we will not give her our business based on her attitude. Allstate needs to remove her. 2/20

  I have been with the Amy Miller Allstate group for 14 years now and cannot say enough positive things about them. I unfortunately had to switch Insurance due to moving to a different state which means I need a new provider (as you cannot be a policy holder if you live in a different state) and I am very sad to go. Over the years I have called or popped into their office numerous times with various questions on this or that and they have always been very helpful and attentive to my needs (as well as working their hardest to make sure I always had all applicable discounts to ensure a very competitively priced policy). I need to especially say thank you to Dawn who I worked with the most and who was extremely patient and helpful over all these years. Again, they go above and beyond in their customer service and I cannot say enough how much I recommend them (and will miss them)!
